Prepare for the Great Harvest

Step #1—Believe in God.

Throughout 2018 the world witnessed an onslaught of natural disasters, economic uncertainty, political upheaval and social injustice that has destabilized many. People are anxious for solutions, hope and peace.

The harvest is ripe!

2019 is the year of manifested glory for great harvest. It is a season in which the CHAYIL Glory—the powerful great glory of God in and through believers in Jesus Christ—will restore hope throughout the world and ignite a global revival of faith in the Almighty God to avert global disaster.

Every believer in Christ Jesus therefore has a harvest field to reap. Wherever God has planted you is your harvest field to demonstrate the CHAYIL power, hope, love and compassion of Christ. This field may be your family for household salvation, your workplace, school, community, city or nation. To have a successful harvest, you need to prepare.

Preparing for this great harvest

The first step to prepare for this great harvest is to believe in God. Have faith knowing that:

  • God is the Lord of the harvest (Matthew 9:38). “So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest to send more workers into his field” (Matthew 9:37-38 NLT). The earth is the Lord’s and everything in it. The world and all the people in it belongs to him” (Psalm 24:1 NLT).
  • God loves the world. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son that whosever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)
  • God desires that no one should perish, but that all should come to eternal life and be secured in his storehouse (2 Peter 3:9).

Since the harvest belongs to God and we are His workers in the field, let us make time to seek His insight and wisdom each day as we go out into our respective harvest field.

When you put your faith in God all things are possible (Mark 11:22).
