Pat Francis Ministries partners with organizations to provide both physical and spiritual assistance to victims of natural disasters. Hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes, forest fires, tornadoes, and storms are increasing globally. We provided aid to individuals and families whose lives are at risk, disrupted, displaced or destroyed by forces beyond control.
We participated in aid in India 2004 after the devastating Tsunami and floods killed 10,749, left 5,640 missing and 2.79 million affected; in Haiti 2008 four fierce storms in one month killed more than 800 people, and caused $9 billion in damages, Haiti 2016 catastrophic flooding; Philippines 2013 Super Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan); Philippines 2009, Typhoon Ondoy struck the south-west island of the Luzon islands in the Philippines. Heavy rainfall affected 4.9 million people, causing 501 fatalities, and thousands homeless; Indonesia 2015 Volcano on Sumatra unleashes burst of hot ash down slopes causing thousands to flee their homes and displaced.
Our mission in these disasters is to partner with credible natural disaster relief organizations and Churches to provide food, medical aid, water, build toilets, and providing emergency relief.
